Tour the blufflands of Southeastern Minnesota and experience some of the state’s most scenic areas. Beautiful scenery – from lush valleys along quiet streams to majestic bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River. Now in its 10th year, RTR is the region’s premier bicycle tour. Choose one of four routes, all having well-stocked rest stops, friendly hosts, and SAG support

Registration fee includes a pair of RTR socks and lunch for every rider at the post-ride party.

Entry fees are not refundable. We ride rain or shine!

Due to RTR popularity and to assure a quality event, only 500 riders this year.

Event Details

Rider Check-in: Winona Middle School, 1570 Homer Road, Winona, Minnesota

Event day registration:
Friday, September 20 – from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Winona Middle School
Saturday, September 21 – begins at 6:30 am at Winona Middle School

Pre-registration packet pickup:
Friday, September 20 – from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Winona Middle School
Saturday, September 21 – begins at 6:30 am at Winona Middle School

Open start: Between 7:00 am and 9:00 am from Winona Middle School

Notice: Riders must depart from the Middle School by 9:00 am to participate in Ride The Ridges. Latecomers may still ride, but rest stops and SAG support may not be available.

Event Cancellation: If RTR is cancelled for any reason, then $15.00 will be retained by RTR and rider will receive a refund of the balance of the entry fee and a pair of RTR socks.

Funds generated by RTR support many local and national charitable projects.

RTR volunteers look forward to hosting all riders and providing outstanding experiences.

Notice to Riders

If you register for one route and later decide to ride a shorter route, then:

  • RTR expects to receive notice of your decision; and
  • No partial refund will be made.

If you register for one route and later decide to ride a longer route, then RTR expects to:

  • Receive notice of your decision; and
  • Receive the additional registration fee.
  • It was an amazing ride with friendly entrants and great volunteers and seconding tables. Definitely the most challenging century I have done which is what I wanted.
